Cute banners for a mum

I had a little play with the Banner Blast stamp set from Stampin' Up! last month and love the variety of cards it can be used for. Here's a cute birthday card idea:

Colours (all Stampin' Up!) - Wisteria Wonder, Marina Mist and Whisper White.

Father's day or for any occasion

Here's the card I made for my dad for Father's Day. I thought it could be used for other occasions fairly easily, just by changing the colours and sentiment.

I've used Old Olive and Rich Razzlebery from Stampin' Up! along with the Happy Hour, Alphabet Outline and Banner Blast stamp sets, along with a retired sentiment and the Argyle embossing folder.

Scary

I've never been into celebrating Halloween (but would rather post about this for a change rather than Christmas!), and this year is no different really... however I love all the sweets, chocolates and bits and pieces that you can buy in the shops at this time of year!  Hopefully I won't have to share any of the goodies with trickle treaters tonight...

There are lots of Halloween themed items in the Stampin' Up! catalogue as it is becoming so popular in the UK these days.  I made a Halloween sample as a token gesture for our attempt at halloween celebrations over the weekend in the Lake District :).

The 'scary' banner was inspired by Bekka Prideaux and uses the Halloween designer papers cut with the Perfect Pennants die.  The lettering is stamped in Basic Black using the Broadsheet Alphabet stampset.

Bunting is becoming hugely popular for parties, day to day decoration and in my sunroom (it seems!).  So why not make some for an upcoming event using designer papers or the new Stampin' Up! fabrics... contact me to place your order.
